Pretty little things that will catch your eye and steal your heart.

I’ve been keeping a big holiday secret, and it’s finally out.  This year, I got my sister a unique gift that literally no one else opened on Christmas morning.

It all started when she saw this photo of me at Eco Fashion week.  After she saw it, I received a phone call from her,  asking me what designer was behind the beautiful leather bags, and how she could get one.

I sent a few emails, pulled a few strings, and suddenly I was working with Divina Denuevo to custom design a clutch for my sister.  Handmade in Vancouver with a focus on upcycling, Divina Denuevo uses vintage hardware, antique keys, and as many reclaimed materials as possible.

My sister’s bag features a vintage key that was found in an abandoned warehouse from the 1800s, a metal adornment of her first initial, and leather/metal accents. Depending on the details and the item that you want, a handmade custom clutch will cost around $100.

For pricing, more information, and to view some of their current items available, visit the Divina Denuevo website.  You’ll never see it walking down the street in the opposite direction, and thanks to their vintage hardware, you’ll own a piece of history.  Now that’s an investment I can justify.
