Inspired by Burberry basics and sixties beauty Christine Keeler, the Burberry Prorsum Womenswear collection reflects classic Burberry style with a twist. The collection features typical Burberry staples like trench coats, cabans, topcoats, and fitted dresses, combined with innovative fabrics like glossy calfskin and cashmere, cotton gabardine, and laminated python print leather.
Synched waists, crush bags, kitten wedges, animal print sunglasses, and metallic accents complemented colours like camel, oxblood, red, and black. Models’ nails were perfectly polished with Oxblood Burberry Nail Polish, a new addition to the Burberry beauty collection, launching Autumn 2013.
The new collection also marks Burberry’s debut of Runway Made to Order, a service that offers custom-made outerwear and bags, including personalized engraved nameplates.
