    I promise to myself I’ll be more consistent with using moisturizer, cleanser and serum. Also to use more body scrub and moisturizing body wash. Oh, and hubby and I have agreed to avoid pop and coffee and switch to lots of water and tea :)

    I’m planning to moisturize my skin well right before I go outside…that way I can prevent aging. Wind and cold is so damaging, so i’m taking extra care of my skin.

    I’m also exercising regularly, eating non processed foods, and drinking more water and less juices with added sugars.
