I decided in the new year to not eat or drink anything (except water) after 6:00pm. It has really made a difference by having more energy through the day.

For 2012 I have started what I call “Operation Bangin Bikini Bod” for myself. I’ve started eating healthier, drinking more water, exercising daily including running 3-5 times a week. I feel great and I’m keeping motivated!

my 2012 resolution is actually to stop putting harmful chemicals into my body and bringing them into my home. i’m trying to convert to all natural, as much as possible!
My goal this year is to slowly change all my skincare and makeup products to more organic and healthier products for my skin! Also… Eat better, exercise more and drink more water!
I will drink more water and cut down on junk food consumption. Also exercise at least 30minutes everyday.
I will be spending more time cooking at home rather than eating out.

I’m planning to moisturize my skin well right before I go outside…that way I can prevent aging. Wind and cold is so damaging, so i’m taking extra care of my skin.
